Overcoming Your Greatest Obstacles to Authenticity

Authenticity: 1st of the 5 ACTS of Gutsy Grace Leadership™

Do you have those moments where you feel frustrated in your leadership, you feel like things just aren't going the way you want, or you expected? If so, take a pause and check your authenticity. See if you're really leading in the way that you're most comfortable leading, in the way that you're at your highest capacity, if you're leading the way that God has created you to lead. If not, you may have tripped over one of the obstacles we're discussing in today's episode.

Take Action: If you want to lead to your highest, fullest potential, then you have to show up as truly the person that God created you to be and lead in the way that He is showing you to lead.
