Meet Our Founder & Coach
If you’ve been carrying a God-given assignment that just won’t let go of you, I want you to know: I get you. I’m Dr. Sheila Cornea, and I created the Gutsy Grace Leaders Community for women like us to walk together as we rise, build, and lead what matters.
I know what it’s like to support others faithfully, even while sensing God is calling you to build something unique. I’ve walked with many women through that same transition, and I’ve lived it myself.
With experience as a nonprofit executive, leadership pastor, and years of coaching high-capacity Christian women through seasons of struggle and success, I’ve helped women launch books and devotionals, create online courses and communities, establish new ministries, and scale nonprofits with intention and impact.
The GGL Community was born from my own transition points: leaving a successful role in education to build something new, and later pivoting again after being downsized from a dream job in ministry. Both times, I had to trust God more than the plan. And both times, I discovered that the right time to build is when He says, “Now.”
While it’s intentionally priced to be accessible for women at every stage of development, what you’ll find inside is a deeply committed community where we show up fully, stay grounded in faith, and take focused, meaningful action on the work God has entrusted to us.
